kaye granola

  • 2 C chopped Walnuts
  • 1 C chopped pecan pieces
  • 1 C Almond slices
  • 1/2 c shredded coconut
  • 1 T chia seed
  • 1 T ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp ZSweet or Swerve
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • I T MCT oil
  • 3/4 C sugar free maple syrup

Preheat oven to 325

 

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, slowly adding the maple syrup at the very end

 

Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper

 

Spread the granola flat in the parchment paper

 

Bake for 15 minutes, remove and gently mix the granola around. This keeps it from burning

 

Bake for another 15 minutes until done

 

Once cooled, break up the chunks into bite size pieces and serve!
